We started Rocky Pop Balloon Co. in June of 2022 as a way to express our creativity while doing something we love, PARTY PLANNING! It was important for us to be able to offer things in the Knoxville area for every budget! Balloons are such a fun way to gussy up any party, including weddings, and that’s what we are all about. Balloons are the best way to add the extra touches to all of your events and we want to be the name you think of when it’s time to party plan.
